My all-inclusive packaged service that comes in either a 4 week non-contracted “block” (block refers simply to a duration of time, in this case 4 weeks) or a discounted/contracted 24 weeks. Any student with a valid verification of enrollment (VOE or Unofficial Transcript), Military, or Law Enforcement worker will be eligible for an additional discount. The timeline will be as shown:
|1||Client submits inquiry through email or direct message and fills out the New Client Questionnaire.|
|2||One free consultation call prior to the program being constructed. Here we will establish your goals and exchange pertinent contact information (Instagram, Cell, Payment Information, and Email).|
|3||Client receives an introductory email and fills out the Waiver Form, Contract Form, and reads the Ethics agreement. This email also covers how my training programs (RPE) works.|
|4||Client receives an email regarding the Athlete Nutrition Log, as well as how the weekly technique analysis works. This will cover how to utilize the macronutrient excel sheet, as well as tracking other lifestyle markers. Counting calories/macronutrients is optional, however, to receive this service, the client must communicate body composition goals, as well as email information over what an atypical day of eating looks like currently.|
|5||A start date and check-in day is determined. The check-in day will be typically the day before the start date (ex: Check-in on Monday, Programs start on Tuesday). Programs will be shared via Google Drive as a pdf format.|
|6||Clients will check in weekly via email to recap how the week of training went. Any questions, comments, and concerns can be made here which will receive a text/voice recorded response. Videos will be uploaded into the Google Drive folder that is shared.|
|7||A coaching call will be scheduled every two weeks to recap technique, answer questions, and review the training block to help address adjustments for the next training cycle.|
This will be a 12-week customized program built tailored to your goals and needs. For individuals that can auto-regulate their own training and simply need a program to follow, this will be the best option. This service includes one free consultation call and technique analysis before the program is constructed, as well as one athlete report card and breakdown analysis at the end of the program. However, this option does not include weekly communication.
For clients looking for nutrition advice, calorie/macronutrient, and body composition
prescriptions, this will be a non-contracted 4 week service with weekly check-ins.
Estimated calories and a macronutrient ratio will be determined off of a 30 minute
consultation call (included) and adjusted on a weekly basis off of goals and bodyweight
For individuals looking to simply inquire any general fitness questions, consult regarding their own goals/needs, and over any other questions. If the client decides to contract into a program, the initial consultation call fee will be waived.
For individuals wanting a comprehensive video analysis over their technique, this service will encompass a screen-shared video analysis over the submitted footage. Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift footage will be encouraged for review.
For individuals looking to compete in a Powerlifting competition, this service entails Meet Day coaching with all the necessary components. Water cuts in order to make weight, warmup attempts, and attempt selection for the meet itself will be constructed. The game plan will be reviewed with the competitor. If the competition is a local meet, game day handling & coaching will be included if there is scheduled availability. All UH Powerlifting lifters and/or first-time competitors will be eligible for $10.00 off (this can be stacked if both conditions are met). If multiple athletes are competing at the same competition, group discounts will be given at a rate of: $40.00/2 lifters, $30.00/3 lifters, $25.00/4 lifters, $20.00/5 lifters and beyond!
A 10-week course curriculum will be scheduled at 1.5 hours each week over Zoom/Skype. The course is designed to equip participants with foundational knowledge over becoming a Powerlifting Coach. The course will include topics over:

For all interested clients in the Houston area, I am located inside the loop in North Houston close to "The Heights". My garage is equipped with an adjustable Power Rack, Dumbbells, Deadlift Platform, and Resistance Bands. Sessions will be 90 minutes and access to a restroom/water will be provided. This service has limited openings and will be discussed individually based on the context of the inquiring party. Sessions can be scheduled once a week and up to three times a week by demand. Payment will be processed up front for the entire package for these sessions and expire upon 1 year after purchase.
