My all-inclusive packaged service that comes in either a 4 week non-contracted block (block refers simply to a duration of time, in this case 4 weeks). Any student with a valid verification of enrollment (VOE or Unofficial Transcript), Military, or Law Enforcement worker will be eligible for an additional discount. The timeline will be as shown:
1 Client submits inquiry through email or direct message and fills out the New Client Questionnaire.
2 One free consultation call prior to the program being constructed. Here we will establish your goals and exchange pertinent contact information (Instagram, Cell, Payment Information, and Email).
3 Client receives an introductory email and fills out the Waiver Form, Contract Form, and reads the Ethics agreement. This email also covers how my training programs (RPE) works.
4 Client receives an email regarding the Athlete Nutrition Log, as well as how the weekly technique analysis works. This will cover how to utilize the macronutrient excel sheet, as well as tracking other lifestyle markers. Counting calories/macronutrients is optional, however, to receive this service, the client must communicate body composition goals, as well as email information over what an atypical day of eating looks like currently.
5 A start date and check-in day is determined. The check-in day will be typically the day before the start date (ex: Check-in on Monday, Programs start on Tuesday). Programs will be shared via Google Drive as a pdf format.
6 Clients will check in weekly via email to recap how the week of training went. Any questions, comments, and concerns can be made here which will receive a text/voice recorded response. Videos will be uploaded into the Google Drive folder that is shared.
7 A coaching call will be scheduled every two weeks to recap technique, answer questions, and review the training block to help address adjustments for the next training cycle.

For individuals looking to simply inquire any general fitness questions, consult regarding their own goals/needs, and over any other questions. If the client decides to contract into a program, the initial consultation call fee will be waived. For individuals looking to compete in a Powerlifting competition, this service entails Meet Day coaching with all the necessary components. Water cuts in order to make weight, warmup attempts, and attempt selection for the meet itself will be constructed. The game plan will be reviewed with the competitor. If the competition is a local meet, game day handling & coaching will be included if there is scheduled availability. Price will be "to be determined" based on location of the meet, availability, cost of travel, etc. and will be discussed prior to the competition.
